Founded in 2013, the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators - APCORE was created with the aim of integrating researchers from the Asia-Pacific region through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
To further expand its reach, in 2026 the annual APCORE Conference will be held in Brazil, at the Padre Albino University Center, in Catanduva, SP.
APCORE's vision is to become a leading consortium, recognized for its excellence in research and education, its contributions to sustainable development, and its commitment to improving people's quality of life. APCORE envisions a future where knowledge and innovation are seamlessly integrated to drive social and economic progress, and where our collaborative efforts have a lasting impact on communities worldwide.
The Padre Albino University Center (UNIFIPA) is located in Catanduva, a city with approximately 122,000 inhabitants, situated in the northwest of the state of São Paulo, 350 km from the capital. The region is recognized for its prosperity, quality of life, and pleasant climate, characterized by sunny days and the striking presence of colorful ipê trees that bloom between June and November.
With over fifty-five years of tradition, UNIFIPA is maintained by the Padre Albino Foundation, a philanthropic institution founded on March 27, 1968. Operating in the areas of teaching, research, community extension, and social responsibility, UNIFIPA has two campuses and offers twelve undergraduate courses, postgraduate programs, medical residency, and continuing education — consolidating itself as a regional reference in health and education.

Responsible for the strategic leadership and general coordination of the event, from planning to execution, including goals, scope, and budget. Designation and supervision of the organizing, scientific, and local committees, ensuring academic excellence, peer review, and ethical compliance. Supervision of Marketing, IT, and Business, institutional representation, event management, and ensuring scientific quality and global impact.
Support in contacting national speakers, organizing the program, and disseminating the event.

The APCORE 2026 Conference, hosted at the Padre Albino University Center (UNIFIPA), Brazil, will be held under the aegis of the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE), reaffirming the organization\’s commitment to promoting academic and scientific integration on a global scale. In previous editions, the event was held in several countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, as a space for collaboration and intellectual production of great international impact.
In 2026, for the first time, the APCORE Conference will simultaneously cross the Pacific and Atlantic oceans to reach South America, marking a historic moment for the institution. This crossing symbolizes the expansion of the frontiers of knowledge and the strengthening of partnerships between researchers and educators from different continents, promoting interdisciplinary and intercultural dialogues, exchanges of experiences, and the joint construction of innovative solutions for global challenges in health, education, and sustainability.
The Brazilian edition is co-hosted by the University of Aveiro, Portugal, and Walailak University, Thailand, and has the strategic support of the World Union for Herbal Drug Discovery (WUHeDD), reinforcing the focus on biotechnological innovation and sustainability. During the event, renowned researchers from various international and national institutions will be present, enriching scientific exchange and further qualifying the academic production shared during the event.
The conference aims to promote, strengthen, and integrate the results of studies conducted by researchers, professionals, and students from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), companies, and other APCORE organizations, from Brazil and other countries, connecting experiences in health, education, and sustainability across various disciplinary areas:
* Natural and Applied Sciences, Technology and Engineering

* Humanities, Social Sciences, Communication and Arts
* To mark the historic expansion of APCORE to South America, facilitating intercultural and scientific dialogue between researchers from different socioeconomic and geographical realities;
* Strengthen international cooperation and foster collaboration networks;
* Disseminate interdisciplinary knowledge;
* Promote alignment with the 2030 Agenda for the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the areas of public health and quality education;
* Conduct short courses and lectures with world-renowned experts for the qualification of human resources in Brazil.

The APCORE 2026 Conference ensures a commitment to the visibility and scientific impact of all academic production presented at the Summit, consolidating the event as a strategic platform for scientific dissemination at multiple levels and formats of prestige.
All approved abstracts will be published in digital format, with ISBN registration and direct association to the ORCID of the authors, ensuring traceability and international recognition of the production.
Interdisciplinary Biotechnological Advances
Excellence works will be selected for submission as book chapters in the prestigious Springer Nature series: Interdisciplinary Biotechnological Advances. The series covers biotechnology principles, genetic engineering, genomics, biomedicine and solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
